La herramienta, de uso gratuito, est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para que todos los centros educativos que integren los niveles de ESO y\/o Bachillerato puedan implementar el modelo Xcelence independientemente de su titularidad, tama\u00f1o o ubicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Desde 2020, la Fundaci\u00f3n Bertelsmann impulsa el modelo <a href=\"https:\/\/xcelence.es\/user\/start?utm_source=rrss&amp;utm_medium=enlace&amp;utm_campaign=xcelence_campa%C3%B1a2\">Xcelence<\/a>, un marco de referencia en orientaci\u00f3n para proporcionar una visi\u00f3n innovadora y estrat\u00e9gica de la orientaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mico-profesional a los centros educativos. Inspirado en pr\u00e1cticas de referencia a nivel internacional, como el Good Career Guidance de la Fundaci\u00f3n Gatsby y la experiencia de Teach First en el Reino Unido, define 10 claves que los centros educativos deben cumplir para ofrecer un sistema de orientaci\u00f3n de alta calidad.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de este lanzamiento, Clara Bassols, directora de la Fundaci\u00f3n Bertelsmann, ha se\u00f1alado: \u201cLa integraci\u00f3n del modelo <a href=\"https:\/\/xcelence.es\/user\/start?utm_source=rrss&amp;utm_medium=enlace&amp;utm_campaign=xcelence_campa%C3%B1a2\">Xcelence<\/a> supone incluir la orientaci\u00f3n como un elemento estrat\u00e9gico y transversal en el proyecto educativo de los centros, y esto repercutir\u00e1 muy positivamente en la preparaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes para el mundo profesional\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Para Aleida Lorenzo, Coordinadora del departamento de orientaci\u00f3n del Institut de Terrassa: \u201cEl modelo <a href=\"https:\/\/xcelence.es\/user\/start?utm_source=rrss&amp;utm_medium=enlace&amp;utm_campaign=xcelence_campa%C3%B1a2\">Xcelence<\/a> ayuda a preparar un plan de acciones para el pr\u00f3ximo curso y a dar mayor relevancia y visibilidad a la responsable de orientaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Isabel Murillo, Orientadora, ha destacado: \u201cEl informe <a href=\"https:\/\/xcelence.es\/user\/start?utm_source=rrss&amp;utm_medium=enlace&amp;utm_campaign=xcelence_campa%C3%B1a2\">Xcelence<\/a> ayuda a desarrollar una planificaci\u00f3n en 10 claves, a establecer prioridades y crear procesos en los que se vean involucrados todos los agentes de la orientaci\u00f3n: alumnos, tutores, orientadores, equipo directivo, familias, entidades educativas y entidades laborales\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>Un nuevo paradigma de la orientaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>La plataforma <a href=\"https:\/\/xcelence.es\/user\/start?utm_source=rrss&amp;utm_medium=enlace&amp;utm_campaign=xcelence_campa%C3%B1a2\">Xcelence.es<\/a> facilita a los centros una autoevaluaci\u00f3n detallada de su sistema de orientaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un cuestionario con una bater\u00eda de indicadores vinculados con cada una de las 10 claves. La plataforma comenz\u00f3 a funcionar en septiembre de 2020 y, durante el presente curso escolar, se ha realizado un testeo con los m\u00e1s de 100 centros educativos que ya lo utilizan y que ha servido para implementar mejoras y comprobar su validez.
